Why does my SimplyThick EasyMix appear darker than usual?

We recently encountered a batch of one of our ingredients that was slightly darker in color than our standard material. This ingredient was used in products with a Best if Used by Date between June 23, 2026 and July 22, 2026.

Despite this variation in appearance, the ingredient did not impact any quality parameters, including overall functionality. Our ingredient supplier has confirmed that this batch was within specification and met the established standard of identity.

Due to limited global availability of the raw material, sourcing this specific ingredient has become increasingly challenging.
