Puree Guidelines

1. Keep processing blades sharp and check routinely for blade condition.

2. Do not fill a food processing bowl more than 2/3 full.

3. Do not place hot foods in a plastic food processing bowl. Allow to cool before processing.

4. Foods process best when cold or cooled. Hot food can be cooled at room temperature to approximately 100°F.

5. Cover and reheat hot foods in an oven or steamer after processing.
