SimplyThick® EasyMix™ is safe for use by its recommended "Best if Used By" date, printed on each product. The "Best If Used By" date occurs exactly 1 year after its manufacture date. After 12 months, there is not a safety concern, but the product may not thicken as efficiently, and you may need to use more.
