Is SimplyThick EasyMix OK if it gets frozen?

Yes! Absolutely!

SimplyThick® EasyMix™ can be frozen , thawed,or reheated.

It can be frozen in gel form and then added to a drink or food. We have many recipes that include freezing and reheating items thickened with SimplyThick EasyMix.

We ship SimplyThick EasyMix across North America every winter without any special precautions. Once thawed, SimplyThick EasyMix works wonderfully.

If you notice any discontinuities in the gel after thawing, simply invert or gently shake the bottle a couple of times.
