How does SimplyThick ship orders?

SimplyThick ships most orders by Federal Express ground shipping. There is no additional charge for ground shipping.

Customers can request an alternative method if FedEx does not serve their location or there is another special circumstance. This request must be made by calling our customer service department.

During the checkout process, customers are offered the option of expediting their order by choosing FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2nd Day delivery. There will be an additional charge for expedited shipping.

Orders placed M-F BEFORE 2pm Central Time (except holidays) ship same day.

Orders placed M-F AFTER 2pm Central Time ship the following business day.

Please account for this when placing an order and choosing the shipping method.

Orders ONLY ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes due to FedEx regulations.
