Can a pump be used if not received from SimplyThick?

SimplyThick only supports the pump that comes with each bottle of SimplyThick®EasyMix™ gel. Pumps that are not SimplyThick pumps will likely deliver different quantities.

If you decide to use your own pump or re-use an old (pre-2018) SimplyThick pump, you assume all risk and responsibility for the condition and cleanliness of the pump, as well as the quantity dispersed.
