SimplyThick ships most orders by Federal Express ground shipping. There is no additional charge for ground shipping.

Customers can request an alternative method if FedEx does not serve their location or there is another special circumstance. This request must be made by calling our customer service department.

During the checkout process, customers are offered the option of expediting their order by choosing FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2nd Day delivery. There will be an additional charge for expedited shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: FedEx does NOT normally deliver to residences on Mondays. Residential delivery is Tuesdays through Saturdays. If you are shipping to a commercial or business address, delivery is on Mondays through Fridays.
