SimplyThick is an opt-out organization. Once we receive your information, we may send you marketing communications that contain valuable offers and other content. You always have the ability to opt-in or opt-out of receiving future marketing communications from SimplyThick.

To opt-out of or opt-in to receiving marketing communications from SimplyThick, please take one of the following actions:

1)         Follow the directions on a marketing e-mail or direct mail marketing communication from us. All marketing communications from SimplyThick will tell you how to stop receiving them.

2)         Email us at
info@simplythick.com and provide your current contact information.

3)         Or, send a request with your current contact information to:

If you send an e-mail or letter request, please be sure to include your full name, address, phone number and e-mail address and indicate specifically what type of marketing communication(s) (e.g., e-mail, direct mail and/or phone) you wish to receive or stop receiving. HOW DOES SIMPLYTHICK SECURE MY PERSONAL INFORMAT
ION?

When you are shopping online, we have security measures in place and take reasonable precautions to protect against the loss, misuse and unauthorized access of your personal information under our control. SimplyThick cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us by e-mail, and you do so at your own risk.

Safe Shopping Policy on SimplyThick.com

Because the security of your personal information is a high priority, we have taken numerous steps to ensure that it is processed confidentially, accurately and securely. The SimplyThick Web Site use encryption technology, such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), to protect your personal information during data transport. SSL encrypts ordering information such as your name, address and credit card number.

SimplyThick does not store a complete copy of your credit/bank card information after we transmit the data to our processor during the order process.  After you have entered your credit/bank card information on our website and a transaction is completed, we only store a record of the last 4 digits of the card number for purposes of maintaining our records regarding the transaction.  We feel this best protects your credit card information.  This means that you will have to enter your credit card information each time you wish to use your card to order from our website.  This also means that you will have to re-enter your card information if the card processor denies your transaction and you wish to try re-submitting your order.

Choosing a Personal Password on SimplyThick.com

When you create an online account on SimplyThick.com, you need to select a personal password. We typically will ask you to use your phone number as the key to access your account because it is unique and you are not likely to forget it.  But you can use any other number that you would like to use to set up and access your account.  However, if you use a password other than your telephone number this will mean that we may not be able to reach you by telephone if we need to.  If you want to change the password you use to access your account, simply change the phone number in the “Update My Profile” section of our website or as otherwise indicated in this Privacy Policy.

To maximize your level of protection for your password, you should choose at least 10 numeric characters. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password or any account information. You do not have the ability to purchase on our site without logging into the website.
